I just read about this book coming out called 'This is why you're fat: Dreams become heart attacks'. This alone sounds grim but then mcdonalds have created this drink for the book called a 'mcnuggetini' it is s chocolate milkshake with vanilla vodka rimmed with bbq sauce and garnished with a chicken mcnugget! seriously what are people thinking that is grose!!!
